HOW I HANDLE COMMISSIONS:
^{(this is not really required reading but I thought it would be helpful if this is your first time asking for a commission from someone! This is just how I personally handle commissions!)}
1.) Send me a clear and sufficient description of your character and the commission you want, and any and all references you can provide me. (Past artworks of the character, photo references, references for important items like weapons, ect. The more the merrier!)2.) I will create an initial concept sketch and then send it to you. You will advise me on any additions or changes you'd like made. Once the sketch has been finalized, you will send me the full payment through Paypal (in USD), and I will continue with the commission!3.) I will send incremental progress shots (at specific points, like finishing the line-art, then the flat colors, and then the shading) up until the finished piece to ensure you are happy with everything. I can stop sending progress shots at any point if requested.4.) Once the final piece is presented, small changes may be made within reason. When everything is to your satisfaction and nothing needs to be changed, the piece is done! :DIf you have any questions at any point, please feel free to ask me!

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS I:
- Ill behavior will not be tolerated and I will cancel your commission if it occurs. If such behavior occurs your commission will be canceled and you will be forbidden from commissioning me. ^{(Behavior such as verbal abuse towards me and hateful language/jokes. Just be nice)}
- The list of things I will not draw is non-negotiable.- Please follow the rules provided or I have the right to cancel the commission.PAYMENT II:
- All commissions must be paid in full, after the sketch concept is approved by the commissioner.- Payments must be through Paypal and in USD.PROCESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION III:
- Progress shots will be given as the commission is worked on to ensure quality and satisfaction with the requested work.- I will do my absolute best to make sure the work is up to the commissioners satisfaction. You are paying for this, PLEASE let me know if you do not like something.- Commissions may take me anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to finish, depending on how busy I am, complexity of the commission, other commissions I am working on, personal business, or health.- Small changes can be made before and after the commission is finished ^{(Such as color changes, adjustments to linework or a scene/ background)}- Larger changes must be made before the commission is finished ^{(Such as an outfit change, major background change, or any change requiring me to redraw a whole section of the artwork).}- Major changes and additions made to the commission may result in a price change and an extra charge. ^{(Such as adding a character, adding a background, requesting a fullbody drawing instead of a half/bust, ect)}- Any large change requests made after the commission is finished will result in an extra charge.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE IV:
- The commissioner is allowed to: Use the artwork for personal use. Print the art for personal use. Post the art with credit given back to the artist.- I am currently open to doing artwork for commercial use. Commercial rates can be discussed, but will cost more than base rates.- You may not remove any watermarks or change or alter the art without the artist's permission.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS V:
- I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the money to the commissioner at any point and for any reason.- You do not reserve the right to demand a refund from me, especially after the commission is finished.^{Statements above can be discussed with commissioner and some may be negotiable.}
